Terms of Service & Refund Policy

 

Welcome to Kashaya Tantra.

This work is an invitation into deeper awareness, embodiment, healing, and self-inquiry. It is a collaborative process that asks for presence, openness, and a willingness to engage with yourself honestly and compassionately.

By booking a session, course, retreat, or program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms.

1. Commitment to the Process

The work offered through Kashaya Tantra is experiential, somatic, relational, and transformational in nature. While many clients experience meaningful shifts and insights, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

Growth, healing, and integration often involve meeting aspects of ourselves that may feel unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or emotionally charged. These experiences are a natural part of the process and are welcomed within the work.

You are encouraged to move at a pace that feels appropriate for you and to communicate openly throughout the journey.

2. Participation and Responsibility

By engaging in sessions, courses, or programs, you agree to:

• Participate sincerely and respectfully in the process.

• Take responsibility for your own choices, boundaries, and integration.

• Communicate openly regarding any concerns or challenges that arise.

• Attend sessions free from the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol unless discussed and agreed upon in advance.

This work is most effective when approached with mutual respect, honesty, and commitment.

3. Boundaries and Consent

All practices are guided by mutual consent, clear communication, and respect for personal boundaries.

You remain sovereign over your body, choices, and participation at all times. Boundaries will be discussed and agreed upon before any practices take place.

You are welcome to pause during a session if something feels overwhelming or if you require additional time to integrate an experience.

4. Confidentiality

All sessions are treated as private and confidential.

Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

5. Scope of Practice

This work is educational, experiential, somatic, and transformational in nature.

It is not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment and should not be considered a replacement for professional healthcare or mental health support.

I do not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, prescribe medication, or provide licensed therapeutic treatment.

You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and are encouraged to seek additional professional support where appropriate.

6. Suitability for Participation

By booking a session or program, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally able to participate and will disclose any relevant health, medical, or psychiatric information that may impact the work.

Should circumstances arise that make participation inappropriate or unsafe, referrals to additional support may be recommended.

7. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

Private Sessions & Initiation Programs

Your booking reserves time and space specifically for you and is therefore non-refundable.

The Initiation Programs are designed as a progressive process, with each session building upon the last. The work unfolds within a structured container intended to support continuity, depth, and integration.

If you choose to discontinue the process before completing the program, refunds cannot be provided for sessions already completed or attended.

You are always welcome to return to the work at a later stage. However, where there has been a significant break in the process, it may be necessary to begin a new container rather than continuing where you left off.

In these cases, any unused and prepaid sessions may be applied to the new container. Sessions that have already been completed would need to be repurchased if we are restarting the process from the beginning, as the work, time, and guidance associated with those sessions have already been provided.

This approach helps preserve the integrity of the process and ensures that both client and practitioner are working from a clear and shared foundation.

Sessions may be rescheduled in cases of illness or exceptional circumstances with reasonable notice.

If I need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, your session will be moved to the next available suitable time.

Courses, Programs & Retreats

A deposit secures your place and supports the preparation and holding of the container.

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start date are eligible for a refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.

Once a course, program, or retreat has commenced, refunds cannot be provided for any unused portion of the experience, as preparation, facilitation, and space within the container have already been committed.

Please book only when you feel clear and ready to commit to the process.

Digital Courses & Online Products

Due to the nature of digital products and online courses, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact me within 7 days and I will do my best to assist you.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.

For private sessions, full payment or the agreed deposit secures your booking.

For courses, programs, and retreats, the required deposit secures your place, with any remaining balance payable by the agreed due date.

Services, sessions, and program access may be suspended until payment has been received.

9. Good Faith and Professional Discretion

This work relies on mutual respect, honesty, and a shared commitment to maintaining the integrity of the container.

In rare circumstances, I reserve the right to discontinue work where boundaries are repeatedly violated, where the process is not being engaged with in good faith, or where I determine that continuing would not be beneficial for either party.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

By booking a session, course, retreat, or program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
