Terms of Service & Refund Policy
Welcome to Kashaya Tantra. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking or purchasing any sessions, courses, or products. By making a booking or purchase, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Commitment to the Work

This work is deep, intimate, and transformational. It requires your full presence, honesty, and willingness to engage. By booking a session or course, you are committing to your own process.

Sessions and programs may bring you to moments of discomfort or resistance. Transformation often occurs at these thresholds. Pausing within the session to rest or breathe is welcome; however, postponing or discontinuing due to discomfort does not constitute grounds for a refund or rescheduling.

2. Boundaries and Consent

All practices are guided by mutual consent and respect. Boundaries will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance. You retain sovereignty over your body and choices at all times.

You may pause within a session if something feels overwhelming, and this will be honored. However, once a booking is confirmed, the time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Pausing does not extend to postponing or rescheduling.

3. Confidentiality

All sessions are private and confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed unless required by law.

4. Scope of Practice and Responsibility

These services provide support for personal growth and transformation but do not replace medical or psychological treatment. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or offer medical treatment. You remain responsible for your own health, choices, and outcomes, and you are encouraged to seek independent medical or psychological support as appropriate.

5. Suitability and Informed Participation

By booking, you confirm that you are emotionally and physically able to participate in this work, will disclose relevant health or psychiatric information, and will not attend sessions under the influence of substances. If acute instability emerges, sessions may be paused or referred to other support. No outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• 1:1 Sessions: Payments secure your booking and are non-refundable. Choosing to discontinue due to discomfort is understood as part of the process and is not grounds for a refund or reschedule. Sessions may be rescheduled in cases of serious illness with reasonable notice. If I must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at the earliest available time.

• Digital Courses & Online Products: All digital product and course sales are final. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact me within 7 days at marcelle@kashayatantra.com, and I will ensure you receive access to the product you paid for.

7. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

8. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by the laws of South Africa.
