I can only speak for my own work. My approach to Tantra is deeply body-based, intuitive, and experiential. Rather than avoiding discomfort, I work directly with what is stuck, defended, suppressed, or unresolved within the body so that it can begin to move and integrate. Much of modern Tantra focuses on performance, concepts, or surface-level intimacy practices. My work focuses more deeply on the emotional, energetic, and unconscious material that prevents a person from truly being present with themselves, their body, sexuality, vulnerability, and life force. A large part of my skill lies in identifying the deeper root of where a person is blocked and supporting them, through presence, bodywork, energy work, tantric principles, and somatic inquiry, to remain with what they would normally avoid, suppress, or disconnect from. This approach has been shaped not only through over twenty years of training and practice, but through my own lived experience of moving through trauma, sexual wounding, abandonment, and survival patterns. My work comes less from theory and more from direct experience, continual learning, and years of working closely with men, women, and couples across a wide emotional spectrum. My approach is not about performance, spiritual superiority, or surface-level healing. It is about helping people develop the capacity to remain present with themselves so that genuine transformation can occur through the body rather than through ideas alone.

I offer three primary types of sessions: • Energy Healing Sessions • Tantric Bodywork Sessions • The Kashaya Tantra Initiation Journey The Initiation Journey is the most comprehensive process and is designed to support deeper transformation through body-based awareness, somatic emotional release, tantric principles, energy work, and embodied intimacy with self. Because this work goes deeply into what is emotionally, energetically, or psychologically held within the body, I work in extended three hour sessions. This allows enough time for the process to unfold without rushing what is arising. The first two sessions focus primarily on building trust, understanding the client’s intention, exploring the biographical story, and helping the client become more present within the body. This creates the foundation for the deeper bodywork and tantric energy work that follows in later sessions. A typical session usually includes three parts: • Conversation and inquiry • Breathwork, sound work, meditation, or guided practices • Hands-on energy healing, bodywork, or tantric bodywork processes depending on the session and the client’s intention Clients are also given practices to work with before and during the initiation process. These practices help build momentum and support the deeper work explored within the sessions themselves. This work is experiential and body-based. The aim is not simply to talk about transformation, but to allow the body, energy system, and emotional holding patterns to begin shifting through direct experience.

My work is deep, body-based, and experiential. Many people come to me feeling disconnected from themselves, their bodies, their emotions, their sexuality, or their ability to fully receive life. Others arrive already self-aware but still recognise that something feels stuck, guarded, or unable to fully open. The work brings awareness to what is being avoided or held within the body. This often shows up as fear, shame, numbness, protection, emotional pain, or difficulty receiving intimacy, pleasure, vulnerability, or life itself. Because the work is edge-based, it can feel confronting at times. Instead of avoiding discomfort, we learn to stay present with it so what is stuck can begin to move. This process often reveals where a person disconnects from themselves and where deeper transformation becomes possible. People often leave feeling lighter, more open, more present, and more alive. The space I hold is both tender and direct, and people often describe feeling deeply seen, safe, and supported in moving through experiences they may previously have avoided or carried alone. This work is most powerful for those who are willing to engage honestly with themselves, commit to the practices, and lean into the process. My intention is to help people move through what keeps them small so they can open more fully to themselves and to life.

My work explores the relationship between the body, intimacy, sensuality, sexuality, emotional holding, and life force within a professional and consent-based framework. While some sessions may include tantric bodywork or conscious touch practices where appropriate, the intention is not performance or gratification. The work is designed to bring the client’s awareness inward, helping them stay present with sensation, emotion, vulnerability, and what is arising within their body. During bodywork processes, I remain fully clothed and hold the role of facilitator and space holder throughout the experience. For many people, this work can feel vulnerable, especially where shame, fear, or disconnection from the body exist. The process supports clients in gently meeting these layers so that more openness, sensation, presence, and life force can begin moving through the body. At its core, this work is about developing a deeper relationship with oneself, the body, intimacy, and life.

No. I am not a medical practitioner, psychologist, or licensed psychotherapist. My work is body-based, experiential, and rooted in over twenty years of personal practice, training, and direct experience working with Tantra, somatic inquiry, energy healing, body alignment, emotional release work, spirituality, and embodiment. Over the last decade, I have also worked closely with hundreds of men, women, and couples, which has deepened my understanding of trauma, sexuality, intimacy, emotional holding, energetic awareness, and the transformational process itself. While the work can be deeply therapeutic and transformative, it is not intended to replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. I consider my role to be that of a guide and facilitator: someone who can hold space for people as they move through emotional, energetic, sexual, or spiritual challenges, and support them in staying present with what is arising within themselves rather than becoming lost in old patterns, defences, or mental loops. The work is approached through the body, awareness, consciousness, energy, and direct experience rather than through diagnosis or clinical treatment.

This work is for those who are ready to meet themselves honestly and are willing to engage deeply with the process. Many people are drawn to this work during periods of change, emotional intensity, transition, grief, awakening, vulnerability, or crisis, when old ways of coping are no longer working and something deeper is asking to be met. It is also for those seeking a deeper relationship with their bodies, sexuality, intimacy, energy, spirituality, and inner life. Because the work is experiential and edge-based, it asks for willingness, commitment, and vulnerability. There may be moments of discomfort or intensity as old patterns, emotions, or protections begin to surface and move. This work is not for those seeking quick fixes, passive healing, entertainment, or immediate gratification. It is also not suited to those who are unwilling to engage the practices, take responsibility for their process, or meet themselves with honesty and presence.

One of the core understandings within Tantra is that we are not here to avoid life, but to learn how to meet it fully. This includes learning how to stay present with both pleasure and discomfort rather than disconnecting, suppressing, or escaping what we feel. For this reason, strong emotions can sometimes arise during the work, especially when old emotional holding, trauma, shame, grief, fear, or pain begin moving through the body. While this can feel intense at times, the process is often less overwhelming than people imagine. The more present we remain with what is arising, the more the body is able to release and move through it rather than staying stuck in it. A large part of the work involves gently clearing the backlog of emotional material that has been held within the body for years. You are not expected to navigate this alone. My role is to hold the space, guide the process, and support you in staying present with what is moving through you.

For some, intimacy was never modelled in a healthy or conscious way during childhood. Emotions were suppressed, vulnerability felt unsafe, and sexuality was often shamed, judged, or treated as something taboo. Growing up within cultural or religious systems, including Judeo-Christian conditioning, can also create deep feelings of guilt, repression, or conflict around the body, desire, pleasure, and intimacy itself. Some may also have grown up in homes where there was little emotional closeness, tenderness, or healthy intimacy between parents, making intimacy feel unfamiliar, exposing, or even frightening later in life. When experiences such as sexual trauma are added to this, another layer of fear, shame, protection, or emotional overwhelm can become held within the body. As a result, intimacy may trigger disconnection, shutdown, overthinking, performance, withdrawal, or difficulty remaining fully present. Part of this work involves learning how to stay present with what intimacy brings up in the body so that old emotional holding can begin to soften, move, and release over time.

Most people do. Vulnerability is difficult because it asks us to soften the protections we have built around pain, rejection, shame, fear, or past hurt. For many, those protections were necessary at some point in life and became ways of surviving emotionally. The work does not force vulnerability. Instead, it gently brings awareness to where the body closes, protects, disconnects, or resists receiving. Over time, as trust develops and the body feels more supported, it becomes easier to stay present with what is being felt rather than shutting down or pulling away from the experience. The aim is not to become emotionally exposed without boundaries but to develop the capacity to remain open, present, and connected to yourself without needing to constantly defend or protect against life.

In Tantra, sexuality is not seen as separate from spirituality. It is understood as part of life force itself: the same energy that creates, moves, feels, desires, connects, and brings us into deeper contact with ourselves and with life. For this reason, sexuality can become a powerful doorway into awareness. It reveals where we feel open or defended, connected or disconnected, free or ashamed, present or absent within ourselves. Because sexuality is tied so closely to the body, intimacy, vulnerability, emotion, and identity, it often holds some of our deepest conditioning, wounds, fears, and unconscious patterns. Sadly, sexuality has become deeply distorted within modern culture. Sexual repression, shame, abuse, and conditioning often teach us to disconnect from our bodies, suppress our feelings, and fear the very life force that wants to move through us. Women are often taught to disconnect from their power, desire, and instinctual nature in order to become "good". Men are often conditioned into rigid ideas around masculinity that disconnect them from vulnerability, emotional depth, and authentic presence. Rather than suppressing or bypassing sexuality, Tantra works with it consciously. The intention is not indulgence or performance, but greater awareness, presence, integration, and aliveness within the body. As the body becomes less defended and more open, life force can move more freely, often leading to deeper sensitivity, intimacy, vitality, and spiritual expansion.

Life force is the energy that animates us. In different traditions it has been called prana, chi, kundalini, shakti, spirit, or vital energy. It is the force behind movement, feeling, desire, creativity, instinct, sexuality, awareness, and aliveness itself. In Tantra, life force is not seen as something separate from spirituality. It is understood as the living intelligence moving through the body and through life. When a person becomes shut down, this energy often becomes contracted or blocked. This can leave a person feeling disconnected, exhausted, flat, or cut off from intimacy, purpose, vitality, and themselves. As the body softens and becomes more open, life force can begin moving more freely again. This often brings greater sensitivity, awareness, pleasure, creativity, and spiritual expansion. A large part of tantric work involves learning how to become more aware of this energy, how to stay present with it, and how to allow it to move through the body without suppressing, fearing, or disconnecting from it.
