How do you ask?
Very simple:) You lie down and I work remotely on your energetic body whilst you listen to a specific playlist. This is no ordinary playlist! It contains all kinds of underlying frequencies that have the potential to take you into altered psychedelic dreamlike states of REM.
REM happens in dreamlike Delta state-0.1HZ-4HZ
and Theta which is relaxing and produces psychedelic effects-4-8HZ
Gamma and Beta-40HZ are Uplifting.
This is a wonderfully safe process that slowly dissolves the left brain, brain-washing, and rigidity, so that your body may let go and your ''Being'' may experience the non-linearity and creative expansion of the right brain.
